We, Orbit Communications (PR & Public Affairs) Ltd (“Orbit”), are collecting your data on behalf of Joinery and Timber Furniture Creations (65) Ltd (“JTC Furniture”), and reviewing, and storing it for the purposes of completing a public consultation process (the “Consultation”) as part of JTC Furniture’s application for planning permission in relation to a new headquarters development on land at Camperdown in Dundee.

We are collecting your personal data for the purpose of completing a public consultation process as part of JTC Furniture’s application for planning permission for the delivery of a residential development at Camperdown in Dundee.
We will use your personal data to contact you regarding the comments and feedback you have provided in relation to the Consultation, if necessary.

How long do we keep this data?
Your personal data will be securely retained until JTC Furniture’s planning application and/or planning appeal has been fully determined. After this, your personal data will be securely deleted.
Who has access to this data?

Comments and feedback provided as part of the Consultation will be received directly by Orbit and shared with JTC Furniture, the appointed external consultants and the Planning Authority (as part of the planning application process).
